Legal Interim
Management
Legal interim management is the temporary provision of legal management resources and skills for a period of transition, crisis or change within a business. Businesses may face situations of varying kinds that trigger the need for LIM: an overload of work, a company crisis, employees suddenly resigning or going on leave or sabbatical, special projects, the restructuring, or audit of a company, growing demand for specific legal services due to mergers or acquisitions, international expansion, regulatory changes, crises, transformational projects or a pure and simple (though nonetheless complex) sudden peak in legal needs.
In all these cases, seamless external help is required, but top corporate and practicing lawyers can be hard to find or expensive. We offer our fast and cost-effective Legal Interim Management service as a solution to this situation.
The success of our LIM service lies in its simplicity and flexibility.
With our network of LIMers specializing in various industry sectors and areas of the law, we can provide clients with the person they need. The designated legal interim manager will meet the client’s requirements and will be chosen in accordance with her/his skills, experience and other professional and personal qualities. Our LIMer will get acquainted with your business quickly and easily and will always display the necessary involvement.
However, we will remain in close contact with you and catch up regularly to discuss the assignment's progress. Our Senior Team acts as a “Project Manager” and ensures the high quality that some “on-demand” providers fail to provide.
Our smart LIM service enables our clients to achieve more and optimize their often-limited budgets. Costs usually depend on the duration and the difficulty of the duties required. The agreement we sign together is adjustable and can be extended, where this is feasible and required by the client.
We also offer our LIM service for companies that do not have their own legal teams. The growth of regulation in all major sectors, the increased tendency to litigate and the need to interpret new legislation all require legal advice, and the lack of an in-house expert frequently becomes apparent. Our LIMers can successfully handle such situations by offering their services several days a week or through virtual secondments, establishing best legal practices within a company.
